Team Tasks
Team tasks can be used in place of centers. This structure allows for the teacher to pull flexible groups. Team Tasks are the strategies that have been modeled strategies. Remember to train students before pulling a small group. Use the T graph and points to encourage students in completing the tasks. The benefits of team tasks bridge the components of guided oral practice and reading and writing. Students are asked to note take as well as negotiate with one another to finish the tasks.
