OPTION 1: STRATEGIES FOR ACCESS AND ENGAGEMENT: (Elementary)
AUDIENCE: This workshop is open to all teachers. This workshop will give teachers the key strategies to engage and give access to students. The workshop is designed to show teachers how they can successfully implement the strategies in three different scenarios: distance learning, physical distancing in a classroom and “moving forward” (after a vaccine)
This workshop will be presented in modules. This is presented online in a synchronous and asynchronous manner.

OPTION 3: ELD WORKSHOP (Elementary)
AUDIENCE: Previously OCDE Project GLAD® teachers or participants that have finished Options 1, 2 or 3.
This workshop is designed to give teachers practical ways to use the OCDE Project GLAD® strategies in executing Integrated and Designated ELD. Time is used to unpack the ELD standards with a focus on using these strategies for accessibility for English Learners. The workshop is designed to show teachers how they can successfully implement the strategies in three different scenarios: distance learning, physical distancing in a classroom and “moving forward” (after a vaccine). This is presented online in a synchronous manner
This workshop is usually six hours.
COST: $250 per participant

OPTION 5: ATTAINING EQUITY WITH YOUR ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS SERIES: (Elementary)
AUDIENCE: Previously OCDE Project GLAD® teachers preferred. This workshop gives GLAD-trained teachers ideas for implementing the OCDE Project GLAD® strategies within their ELA series. Using Common Core State Standards as the guide and their series as a source, we help teachers to make their series more engaging with more accessibility for all students. The workshop is designed to show teachers how they can successfully implement the strategies in three different scenarios: distance learning, physical distancing in a classroom and “moving forward” (after a vaccine). This is presented online in a synchronous and asynchronous manner.

OPTION 6: ONGOING COACHING AND SUPPORT:
AUDIENCE: Previously OCDE Project GLAD® teachers
Using an online platform OCDE PROJECT GLAD® trainers work with grade levels, or staff in helping them to enhance their knowledge of GLAD strategies. Trainers provide positive support by video conferencing and or reviewing video clips of teacher(s) teaching. Trainers may also support teachers in planning and executing lessons. In this coaching model, we can assist teachers in how they can successfully implement the strategies in three different scenarios: distance learning, physical distancing in a classroom and “moving forward” (after a vaccine).
Length will be determined on a site by site basis.
COST: To be determined by the number of hours needed
